“Having to check in at another hotel was inconvenient and not obvious when booking. The stairs needing scrubbing. The cleaner entered the room as he knocked and didn't give me time to say do/don't come in. It would have been good if other pillow options were available as the ones provided were very puffy and high and I couldn't use them, but the motel had no other options.”

“Motel parked close to supermarket and CBD is ideal walking distance. Rooms were great, front desk clerk was friendly. Only thing i can suggest is numbering the carpark spaces for your room number. As the park near my room was taken not a major hassle did find a park in end. ”

“Check in process was ridiculous - 4pm on a Tuesday we are standing on the street for 15-20 minutes waiting for a receptionist to turn up after several attempts and hangups using the intercom. Not ideal. The rooms were great tho and very handy location to our event”

“Modern, clean hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Restaurant and bar available. Lovely second floor open seating and lounge area on the river side. Other restaurants and cafes not far away. Valet parking for $40. Would stay again! ”
