Hotel vicino a Round 1 Bowling and Amusement - Los Angeles

“Before I booked this hotel, it stated that self-parking was available, but it didn’t mention a $16 parking fee. I’ve traveled to Los Angeles many times and have never been charged for hotel parking before. I understand that hotels in downtown areas often charge for parking, but I wasn’t expecting a hotel in the Hacienda Heights/Orange County area to have a parking fee, especially since it wasn’t disclosed before I booked.”

“Broken elevator, broken escalator, no hand soap in bathroom, check in took awhile and was denied late checkout. Some disgusting guest also threw up in the jacuzzi so hope they drain it”

“The area is nice, quiet, and clean but the only reason I gave it a 3 stars because there wasn't much amenities provided in the room. There was no area to hang your clothes up or towels. Also no blow dryer or iron like most hotels. In addition, the hotel uses swipe card which was hard to swipe.”

“The stay was ok, but the check inn was bad the front desk guy charged us three times for a deposit for only 2 rooms he got so confused on the rooms even though i explained to him couple of times”
