“I expected the pool to be little bigger, everything else is amazing”

“The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options.”

“The rooms were clean staff was decent. The Wi-Fi in the hotel does not work lroperly the housekeeping staff tend to forget to give or bring items back that are needed!! And a good bit of the staff feel it’s OK to smoke pot on the property in front of guests! It smells the whole floor of it!!!”

“Helpful staff and mostly clean. There was what looked like a small hole in the sheets that was caused by a cigarette or something that had heat. But other than that it was a good stay.”

“The breakfast bar was very disappointing. We left and ate else where before getting back on the road to continue our road trip.”

“Nothing was unique about the property, but its consistency always meets our expectations for brief travel layovers. Staff was very good and appreciate the opportunity for breakfast on site.”

“this was more like an Air B&B experience than a hotel experience. Very comfortable beds and bedding, beautiful property, friendly communication with host.”

“97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(”

“Make sure to get the room in a new tower. Those are recently remodeled and very nice and clean! Pool was out due to construction, which is a bummer, but I’m glad they’re remodeling more.”

“A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...
