“The room was clean and the staff was personable. The only thing we saw was a bit of sloppy maintenance, but it was only cosmetic. Our toilet paper holder had white paint splattered on it. There transition from the tile to the carpet had been cut short and there was a gap in the corner. The breakfast was standard for the brand. The unit was set to 63 but I had to call the office for assistance because it was warm in the room. Staff arrived with a temperature reader in hand - it read 70 degrees. His recommendation was to use a fan, which they provided. This isn’t something that I have ever experienced at a 4-star hotel!”
