Hotel con piscina a Rowlett

“Size of home and floor plan good. Enjoyed our stay but was disappointed in the condition of the home. Needs lots of repairs inside and outside. Balusters missing outside, and inside ones were bent creating dangerous situations for our grandchildren. Needs paint and window replacements. Needs a deep clean of furniture. Kayaks need to be replaced and basketball court is not operational. With some (lots) attention this could be a great property. ”

“Our experience was terrible. We didn't even stay one night of our 3 nights. PROS: The inside of the property is very pretty. They have remodeled the home and the finishes and the finishes and furnishings are as shown in the listing.CONS: The pool is NOT swimmable - there were ducks swimming in it when we arrived, the water was not only dirty but there is no "skimmer" so it's just dead water like a moldy still pond. I can assure you, there is no way you'd allow your children or your dog to swim...

“We stay at many Hiltons, and this one was not very clean. There was dog smell all over, the hotel tries to cover it up with a strong scent. Our shower did not work; room smelled like mold and beds were very hard. The pool was not kept up, very dirty my kids did not want to get in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”
