“Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!”

“We had a really great stay at Michael's house in Bethal. We travelled with adults and several teenage boys celebrating our son's 17th birthday with a few days skiing at Sunday River. The house had everything we could have needed for 3 adults and 6 teenage boys We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it is stocked with every dish, utensil, pots, pans and more than enough space. The teens absoultely LOVED the first floor to themselves. The bedrooms, game room, hot tub etc. It was really nice...

“Place was clean, comfy, and in a great location - just as described. Host was responsive and left clear instructions for everything. ”

“The house was not in the condition shown in the pictures. It was dirty with rodent droppings near the pantry, there were dirty dog foo bowls in the kitchen and the plants were mostly dead. There are also trailers in the front yard that are not shown in the oictures.”

“We absolutely LOVED this property! The kitchen was well stocked so cooking with a big crowd was very easy. The game room was spectacular and gave us lots to do while we were at the house. The hot tub was fabulous especially after a day outdoors. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have so many bathrooms. The host was very responsive and thoughtful with all the things you might need. Great location, quiet and woodsy but still close to town. If we could rate higher than 5 we would!”
