“Clean, eating area is very convenient, quiet and clean Bathroom, not so much. No soap, shampoo or conditioner. Containers were empty and not refilled.”

“My room was spotless, the kitchen area had everything you might need to do kitchen things, and if there wasn’t, they provided a plethora of items for free…you just had to ask. (I didn’t use or need anything, but they had a sign posted as an FYI). The bathroom, shower, linens were perfect and the desk/work area, laundry basket, etc were a perfect touch. Roosters across the road, Target less than 5 miles away…do I say more? If you plan a trip to Layton. Stay. Here. You’ll be glad you did :)”

“Nothing fancy, but the check-in process was easy, they upgraded my room (which was very nice of them), the room I had was renovated & actually very nice! The outside/hallway of the hotel was a little dodgy but it was clean & comfortable & made simple!”

“This property was extremely old and not well maintained. There was police knocking on the door of another guest at the property.”

“The room was absolutely filthy, had to clean it before you could use anything. Pictures online are a complete false representation. I would not recommend. Alot of full time residents”

“The rooms were noisey from rooms above and sides. You could literally here people walking back and forth and kids jumping arouund. Called the desk but the person was rude abourt it. We had no choice but to endure it all night. I wish we didnt stay here because we were so sleepy on our drive the next day. In addition the place was being renovated so it smell of chemicals which gave us headaches.”
