I’m fine with quirky places but this was on another level. There were some good points- our room was more of a cottage with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The location was good for Gatwick airport and we received a friendly welcome.
However, when we arrived, the owner didn’t answer the door and another guest had been waiting there for over half an hour despite it being 40 minutes after check...

Camera molto spaziosa considerato che siamo una famiglia di quattro persone, con vista sull'ippodromo! All'arrivo abbiamo potuto goderci la Spa e la piscina seppur per poco tempo, per poter cosi rilassarci un pò!!! Ne e valsa assolutamente la pena! Pulizia dell'hotel e delle camere ottima!
