“Beautiful stay! Very comfy family room with a king bed and a single, fan provided as it was HOT! Very small bathroom but very clean with lots of towels. Gorgeous terrace for drinks and beautiful breakfast the next morning. The only suggestion would be the terrace is maybe reserved for residents as we wanted to go in for another drink and it was full which was a shame. But cant blame them, it was gorgeous there! Thank you for a lovely stay!”

“L'albergo molto bello ma il fatto che abbia la Spa all'interno che si paghi a parte e solo con prenotazione non mi è piaciuto. Un servizio dell'albergo credo che debba essere compreso nell'acquisto del soggiorno e non a parte.
La camera, bella, spaziosa, ma in alcuni punti mancavano pezzi di moquette, non c'era una presa dove attaccare il phon in bagno.
Inoltre l'hotel ha una parte esterna che affaccia sul canale dove sedersi, ma che la sera non è possibile andare per esempio a fumare e bisogna...

“Really nice hotel with the bonus of having its own on site car park. Great location for the docks area plus the main attractions in the centre. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Couldn't fault it and a lovely 81 year old Doorman who had a real twinkle in his eye and was so helpful and knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble - he is a real credit to the hotel!”

Simple check, gift of chocolate and a couple of drinks as it was our anniversary and all staff quick to help. Plenty of staff means no unnecessary waiting for drinks/food.”

The rooms are in Beatles style, quite large and confortable, the shower is very big and comfortable too. Very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice between full English breakfast and other options.
