“The staff were very friendly and helpful , and the room was very clean. Also it’s a great location, near the Convention Centre where I was attending a conference,”

“One of the female employees there was raising her voice at customers. This morning, she approached us aggressively and used offensive language toward us. I had brought five friends with me, and we had rented three rooms. Because of this situation, we canceled all three rooms and checked out. You need to warn your staff and ensure they treat customers respectfully.”

“Really really poor customer service. And the food we ordered was undercooked. We would expect much better from the Fairmont.”

“A great hotel and we've stayed here several times--mostly for extended stays of 3 to 7 days. All was great BUT we've noticed a bit of "slippage" in maintenance and small but important details. One swivel chair in our room had a broken leg. The pillows on our comfy king size bed were pretty worn and need replacement. Even so we love the Metterra and will likely stay there again later this year.”
