“Always love this property. Very quiet. But room was very hot when I got there - which I was able to fix by opening the patio door and window in bedroom. I’m sure it was because I got a very early check-in. Staff are always so great and were able to accommodate my early checkin”

“The close proximity to Rogers Place was key to our choice, as we were attending the Oilers game. Pedways everywhere, so you could leave your coat behind. Rooms were very well appointed. The beds and bedding were super comfortable. The birthday balloon and little dessert were a special touch. Places to eat and gather on the main level were excellent too. Yes it's expensive, but location is everything.”

“Access to the front lobby is complicated to find, the parkade is open and anyone can walk into it.”

“Room was newly renovated. Arrived around 5 pm and staff was nowhere to be found. Waited 20 mins and phoned 1800 #. Finally she appeared. Happened the next morning when I went to check out. Everything else was ok.”

“My husband and I stayed here for one night. There are more pros that cons: Pros: - helpful friendly staff - location was great - room was clean - bed was very comfortable - tv worked great (it's always disappointing when you can't stream your own stuff, this worked really easily) Cons: - rooms could use an upgrade, has that “old hotel” smell in the room. - bathroom needs upgrading, our shower was confusing as the controls seemed to be installed backwards for the hot and cold functions....

“Honestly, super friendly staff! We had a great room with AC & a great shower. Breakfast Buffett we heard was awesome, but because I’m celiac I stuck to the menu and they were very aware of my situation and accommodating. Great location as well! ”

“Breakfast mediocre. Staff were mostly friendly, had breakfast there and I am not sure if the one at the breakfast area just lacking ethics or she’s really not having a good day.. either way it was bad that I have to complain and wrote the review here. Been having a lot of hotel stays this past few weeks, just the “service” was not for this place. It started with check in, I guess the staff were not happy to be at work?
