Case in affitto a Royal Palm Beach

“I was surprised by the connected living space and that somebody else was going to be on the property. The listing did an effective job of keeping that very vague. The person using that area did not bother us but using the backyard was uncomfortable. Plates, cups, silverware and any other necessary things were extremely limited or not there. Location was great and the overall stay was fine...host was accessible but internet is tied to a light switch which took us a minute to figure out, that...

“Property did have bugs, but the place is very spacious and nice backyard space and the host was very helpful and friendly I will book again .”

“Couldn’t have asked for a better location for my son baseball tournament! We will most definitely use this location every year.”

“This house was great! It was very spacious with two large sized rooms upstairs and each one had its own bathroom. The house was very clean and well maintained. The host also had an abundance of household supplies/ toiletries to make our stay even better. Would absolutely recommend!”

“Thank you to this amazing host, for providing an amazing experience. The place was clean, ideal for a quick stay, adorable little home, affordable as well. I appreciate the host going out of their way and returning an item I left behind and making sure I got it back. The check in went smooth and check out as well, it all went well overall. I’d look forward to staying again if I’m ever in need of a place in the area.”

“The place is a dump. It was dirty with food underneath furniture, mold in the refrigerator, rust stains anllnover the outside and paper towels filling out holes in the ceiling next to a fixture. Not sure how this passes a fire hazard inspection. The garden is unkept and the was litter lying around the AC unit. Just disgusting.”

“The property is advertised as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. While that’s true, what wasn’t mentioned is that the bathroom is located inside one of the bedroom. So if the person in the other room needs the bathroom after bedtime, they have to come into someone else’s bedroom in the middle of the night. Not OK ”

“Everything was really amazing! The host was great and the property was clean and near everything! Really enjoyed the host!”

“Thank you for the stay and for being so accommodating.”

“Everything was clean and tidy. The landscaping was beautiful. The pool was great. Great communication with the owner. The pool needs handles but other than that it was a beautiful place to stay. If traveling with kids or having them over is great because of all the toys that were there especially for toddlers. I told my daughter not to bring anything because there was plenty there for her toddler. Big enough to have family visit and enjoy. Will definitely book again. The boys liked the gym....

“House was exactly what we needed!”

“Well-kept, clean, and perfect for our group of 4. Owners made all of process very easy”

“Very convenient for my dog. Nice neighborhood ”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The home was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The backyard was the highlight of the trip—it had everything we needed to relax and have fun, including a beautiful pool, games, and TVs for entertaining. It was the perfect place for our girls' weekend getaway. Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay!”
