“First and last time. Great disappointment! Would not recommend. Dirty unsanitary washroom. Trash on the floor. Staff not helpful. Paper thin walls, you could hear people talking like they are in your room. zero customer service. It’s hard for me to give this kind of review, but I’m just being honest.”

“Really fun stay! Definitely geared towards younger kids, but the teen joined in too and we all had a blast! The water slides are fun and very well managed, lines moved well. Our flight had been significantly delayed and even though I called to let them know we were still marked a no show which was a bit scary when we went to check in but the end result was they upgraded us for the stay.
