“This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. “beautiful hotel, staff excellent, room very clean, good food; to improve variety of dishes (for 3 evening the fish dish was always salmon) more local/traditional dishes and sometimes you have to wait (for example for a glass of water because the waiters didn't fill the glass when empty)”

“The hotel is in a lovely location. Bus service is good from the centre of town, and it is not difficult to walk along the beach to St Helier. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are very warm, friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel was excellent, as were the flights to from the Uk to Jersey, with Blue island flights. However the same could not be said for Expedia, we booked and paid for a package, including the flights and hotel. Within an hour Expedia came back to us saying the return flights were not available. We asked for a full refund but Expedia would only refund us for the return flight?? We booked return flight with Blue island ourselve (plane was only half full) we will not use Expedia again. ”
