“I had my DoorDash order taken by another guest from outside my room. By the time the staff reviewed the cameras and figured out what room they were in, they had eaten nearly all the food. The hotel did reimburse me back the cost of the DoorDash order. Thank you. 😊”

“Breakfast was Good Great historical room. Little cold in our room in March. Extra space heater didn't work.”

“Parking lot is awful. The beds were clean. The hotel is in major need of updates. The breakfast did not have many choices. ”

“Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.”

“The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. One woman stood in front of my door and barked orders at some other people apparently far from where...

“No frills no thrills, basic hotel to sleep. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and a great place if you are just spending a night or 2. Remember to bring your shampoo and body soap and luckily we had places planned for breakfast like moose jaws and Paul Bunyans”

“Parking was easy. The only difficulty we had was getting to the hotel due to flooding. Once we knew which roads were open, it was easy to navigate.”
