“Il personale é molto gentile, competente e disponibile nell’aiutare ad organizzare delle gite. L’albergo si trova immediatamente a diversi percorsi che lo rende in una eccellente posizione. La stanza era pulita, piacevole… unica cosa, la struttura é un po” vecchia e avrebbe bisogno di una bella ristrutturazione. ”

“Lo considero un bel rifugio di montagna (da sistemare e "modernizzare") in un posto molto bello e particolare (sotto il Tongariro). La nostra camera/chalet (familiare 4/6 letti) è molto graziosa; meno il bagno, con una doccia minimale e non proprio comoda (da considerare appunto una doccia da rifugio). Il bagno, così come altre componenti della camera (come il piano cottura) andrebbero proprio rifatti. Molto disponibile e simpatico il personale. Buona la cena al ristorante e la colazione....

“Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich sofort Willkommen. Beide tun wirklich alles, damit es einem an Nichts fehlt. Abends am Kaminfeuer haben wir gar nicht gemerkt, wie schnell die Zeit vergangen ist, weil wir uns so gut unterhalten haben. Zum Frühstück gibt es frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern, selbstgemachte Marmelade und Honig aus der eigenen Imkerei. Hier ist es einfach wunderbar.”

“What a joy it was to arrive at this place and be warmly welcomed by a lovely young French lady Agnes. We were ushered to our upgraded accommodation which was toasty warm! These new chalets are just completed and so everything is brand new! The king sized bed was super comfy with extra blankets provided. The shower is sublime! Plenty of piping hot water to warm you up after a day on the snow fields! We had delicious hot breakfasts served on gorgeous china….coffee served in silver coffee pots! ...
