“Toilet was stuffed up and not working. No one available to fix it. Requested room change. The furniture requires maintenance and cleaning. Air conditioning was not working well and was blowing some warm air. The room sheets were dirty full of hair and needed to be cleaned. The hot tub was not working properly and pool water not clean.
The property is not well maintained or properly managed. Do not recommend staying at this hotel. ”

“Second night there …..we didn’t have hot water to take a shower. They didn’t know when it would be fix. So we had to load everything up and more to another room that night! I guess they don’t give you fresh towels every night like they use to!!”
