“Hot tub water is Not hot enough at all time ”

“お部屋は川沿いでお風呂も大変良いお湯で良かったです。大浴場も広くて開放的な露天風呂が良かったです。スタッフとのコミュニケーションで大失敗をしてしまいました。帰りの駅までの送迎バスの時刻で15分発を50分発と聞き間違えました。メモで確認をすれば良かったです。電話をしたと言われましたが着信はなく、その他の面でも顧客側に寄り添う意識は世界基準の四つ星と同等かと問われると少し疑問も残りました。お食事は美味しかったです。”

“It has a vibrant neighborhood with wet market, local food stalls and provision shops etc. where the locals live their lives, completely full of local culture. Those whom wanted to fully immerse with the local will find this a gem. The hotel itself is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful They even have a 24hr snack bar and ice cream free of charge. What more can you ask for?”

“Room was clean and staff were friendly however the toliet and the shower had issues. The shower was slow to drain which resulted in standing in your filth and toilet looked like it wanted to back up everytime it flushed. Everything else was fine!”

“Lovely place by the river with hot Spingarn bath in each room, with view over the river and mountains. Room is simple but has everything necessary. Bed is comfortable. Highly recommending to get to main town for waterfall and dining (20mins on bus or taxi), and Neidong waterfalls are very beautiful too. Pro: Remote and Peaceful, nice hot spring bath tub, good view. Cons: Remote. There was no free bus shuttle from or to airport, so this shall be removed from website. Hotel answered that I...

“We stayed there for 2 nights and it was a pleasant surprise. Location is convenient with walking distance to restaurants etc. Room is clean and comfy. Firmness of bed and pillows was perfect for us. Staff was friendly and helpful. We didn’t use other amenities so can’t comment on that. Only thing is there’s no where to park to drop off/pick up.”

“パっと見綺麗ですが、室内やバスルームいたるところに長い髪の毛が落ちており清掃は行き届いていない印象。冷蔵庫が無かったのもマイナス点。とは言え台北のホテルが軒並み高くなっている昨今格安で宿泊出来たことや、フロントの方が愛想良かったので気持ち良く過せました。ローカル人気な楽華夜市が徒歩圏内なのは良かった。次回も比較して安ければ利用させていただこうと思います。”
