Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

“Beautiful setting on the lake. The cabin has basic amenities and a small kitchen. It could have used kitchen towels. Also the outdoor light to the front door did not work. Overall it was a good experience. ”

“1. Very clean.2. Excellent hot water, and set of appliances3. Spa tub did not operate, but maintenance responded as soon as we realized it, late in our stay.4. Comfortable furniture and beds.5. Can XC or snow shoe on better than 2 miles of trails. Not groomed but really used by many folks. Of course, free.6. Had difficulty with ski locker which host and maintanence got fixed within the day. Great response, especially considering maintenance was very busy with a lot of snow removal needed...

“The house was so clean and comfortable! The privacy was wonderful, too. We heard an owl every evening and every morning. The little store down the road was very convenient and their homemade food was delicious. We will be coming back for another peaceful getaway.”

“I expected the creek to be a little more accessible from the house. The only other problem we had was the noise from across the creek where someone was running a piece of equipment eight hours a day I realize there’s not much than the landlord could do about that. Overall, we had an excellent day and we certainly enjoyed the house.”
