“Since arriving room smell like there was a gas leak. On the 2nd day it was stronger the gentlemen when asked to help he said he did smell any gas. I had other guest with me that definitely smelled the gas. Then gentlemen let me know I’ll just turn off the furnace. Never admitting there was a gas problem. Also, the pool was advertised as heated this was not true. Pond was extremely dirty.”

“We rented a standard cabin with with a king bed. Nothing fancy but more than adequate and a short .7 mile walk down to the lake and village. Only down sides were the unheated pool and hot tub and the TV worked only off wifi which took this low tech guy an hour to figure out. Beautiful setting with giant pine and cedar trees. Protected from the wind.”

“Fishing dock was out of order due to updates and no alternative was offered. This was a main perk we were looking forward to using and a main reason for booking. Breakfast at the hotel took forever to be served and the parfait was terrible - extremely overripe banana used, few blueberries and a tiny sprinkle of granola. Extremely disappointing. Water at main lobby was frequently empty. Coffee in room was one serving of regular and one decaf. How can that be good when you book a two bedroom...

“Staying at Arrowhead Pine Rose Cabins is a must! I escaped LA for a 3-day “me” break, and my time in my adorable cabin was sublime! I stayed in Cabin 1, a studio that was close to the heated pool and Jacuzzi, and it had absolutely every modern convenience, while still showcasing a rustic look. Although I didn’t use it, a wood burning fireplace, complete with wood, is a charming and functional feature in the cabin, as it a great TV.
