“Mortdale Hotel is an older property that has been renovated in the recent past.
It appears the hotel is a secondary business. The desk is the bar on the main floor, not a problem. They were helpful and efficient checking us in.
The commuter train runs by the hotel but the trains are quite quiet. I didn’t hear the trains unless I was awake. Excepting the train the neighbourhood was quiet.
