Non mi è piaciuto: Pulizia, servizi, condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
Stay away!
I wasn’t crazy about the place when we walked in. There was a smell to it. I’m not sure what it was, but it just wasn’t clean.
We walked into our room and we could tell right away that it was not kept or very clean.
I went to the bathroom and noticed hair on the floor by the toilet, maybe public hairs, maybe some curly beard hair. Regardless, it was nasty.
Then, I noticed additional things. Check out the pictures.
My husband asked for another room and the lady at from desk was indifferent. She told my husband to get her stuff out of the room before she could give us another room.
We took our stuff out of the room and went back to the front desk. She didn’t apologize, she didn’t say anything. She just handed us another key. The new room did not have any pubic hairs on the floor, but it was not any better. Honestly, I was afraid I was going to get bedbugs.
You can tell that they do not care about customer service. They do not care about cleanliness. The room was not presentable at all.
