“They have no coffee makers, pots, not even an ice bucket for the freezer or freezer trays or anything to use in the kitchens plus you have to purchase a coffee pot if you want one for your room. The beds look like something you would sleep in if you were a kid at a summer camp.
Also they lied about items we know for a 100% fact were left in the room, which makes their staff untrustworthy.”

“Esperienza nella media visto il prezzo e la zona, ma giudizio nel complesso insufficiente. Operatrice gentile, ma la camera era sporca, con odore di fumo, cenere sul comodino, macchie di origine sconosciuta su tutte le superfici. Il bagno in compenso era pulito. Materasso scomodo, porta che non si chiudeva completamente (entrava uno spiraglio di luce da fuori) e tanto rumore di auto dalla vicina autostrada da fuori”

“I can’t say enough about Sarah at the front desk. I had an issue with the TV and she worked diligently to get it fixed. She is wonderful. My room was very clean and the location was very convenient to the airport. Several restaurants within walking distance.”

“The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful at check in and when I had any questions about the area. I decided to rent a care so I didn’t use the shuttle. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with healthy choices. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.”

“Helpful and friendly staff, but the person who checked us in was also vacuuming the lobby when we arrived. Nice initiative, but it speaks to understaffing. Not an attractive building - the parking lot is filled with cargo containers and the building itself appears to be undergoing exterior renovation. Kind of a creepy vibe. Breakfast was sparse - yogurt, waffles, prepacked hardboiled eggs. No meats, scrambled eggs, etc...”
