“Everything was excellent, really liked”

“Curve Ball when I was told my king reservation wasn't available when I arrived; was then given #407 which HAD a king bed. More hotels are moving to shower bottle dispensers vs. small bottles. Body wash wasn't enough for 2 showers”

“Very nice room. Air conditioner worked great all night. Only issue was the ramp for wheeling the luggage cart isn’t really a ramp so you have to lift the cart to get it up. We had a lot of stuff in our cart but thankfully a young gentleman came and offered to help.”

“Room was spacious & clean. We did have difficulty when we had a plugged toilet for the first day but then staff came & plunged it better than my husband could (he did try & it never overflowed). We didn’t have any hot water for showers but we both took “cool” ones & survived. The hotel had a plumber come out on day 3 because it was a hotel-wide problem. “The room was clean, there was a mini refrigerator and microwave, and everything in the room was in working order. The bedding was super soft and comfortable. They had a free hot continental breakfast which was great. I had scrambled eggs, waffles, and a bowl of cereal which was all very good. The hotel was fairly quiet and parking was easy. The staff was courteous and responsive. My one disappointment was that there was no workout area.... at all. That is what made me knock off a star...

“Best place in the area to stay. The daily complementary breakfast was amazing, pool was clean, close to the city, and the room was spacious. The room itself was full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.”

“This hotel is above average for the area. I found the room to be clean but shows some wear and tear. Beds were comfortable. I slept well every night. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The kitchenette was missing some utensils but I was able to make do . I would stay here again .”

“We stayed in a suite. The room smelled like dog when we opened the door. The carpet looked dirty. The room had a tiny bathroom. The property looks good but the room we stayed in needed to be steam cleaned and the AC needs a little work. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. The pool was closed the 3 days we were there. We were told they don't have life guards on duty Monday-Wednesday.”

“We booked our stay while they were in the middle of remodeling. The staff was super helpful and we were able to park near our room to avoid the construction. The pool was SO cold we could hardly dip our feet in. The kids tried to swim but the water was freezing. The breakfast was ok, it was clear because of the remodel things were more limited than they normally would be. Also our room door was really difficult to close, we had to slam it shut and the kids couldn't even open it, hopefully...
