“We had a great time, they really maxed out and made the space flexible for visitors. We also had a large dog. Neighborhood was great and with the AC you really couldn’t hear traffic.You can fit six but I think five would make it most comfortable. ”

“Can’t say enough about the convenience of this property. Seconds to the beach, with steps onto the sand almost in front of the house. Although it sleeps many, there is only one parking spot, so plan ahead for additional cars. Best kitchen i have ever seen in a rental, but bring a bag of ice. Great linen and plenty of it. Tv has every channel you could ever need, and games galore if it’s a rainy day and you are forced inside. Ideally you only have sun and fun!”

The owner provides a notebook with instructions regarding the use of the property that you will need to review and there are reminder notes in the house that are helpful. The outdoor area is wonderful and private and the outdoor kitchen area is nice.”

“Beautiful home with a stunning view! We loved the location, convenient to Portsmouth but peaceful and quiet. We watched a fox and a groundhog cross the driveway! The restaurant across the street was delicious and so nice to be able to walk - Michelle is the most amazing server and person - be sure to ask for her if you go! We loved how the house was decorated and appreciated all the furnishings and nice touches. The fireplace came in handy on a few chilly evenings. We didn’t cook but it looked...
