“On arrival the office staff were friendly professional, we were able to park earlier than check in which was a bonus. Our room was ready earlier than expected and was clean comfortable and had a stunning ocean view.The housekeeper Lily G was friendly and helpful. We have stayed in various Hampton Beach hotels throughout the years and absolutely loved our stay at 935. We look forward to our next visit.”

“Upon arrival at the hotel I was not happy with the condition of the room. It didn’t look as it was shown on line when booking. It was indeed very clean but the furniture is extremely old and it didn’t appear to be “ modernized and updated “ as advertised. I asked for a better room and was pleasantly reassigned to another. ( it was marginally better) we stayed anyway and it was super quiet and clean. I’m glad I didn’t pay much for the room. I probably would not return.”
