“Service was excellent.Very helpful when asking for amenities. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. The room was kept clean.most important was the water pressure and consistent warm to hot showers. Minor complaint was the need to ask for toilet paper as toilet paper was very thin and didn’t last long. But overall, rating was excellent for Watergate hotel in Butuan”

I feel bad for forgetting her name but she was stellar, extremely polite and the model of customer service I expect. Outstanding is this person. Hospitable, professional, and knows her job well.
