“Staff was wonderful”

“When we walked into the room; four things we noticed: 1. It smelled like mole like there was something dying in the room. I immediately told my spouse to put nothing on the bed and keep luggage outside the room. 2. Went into the bathroom, opened up the toilet lid and someone must have had a haircut because there was a clump of black hair in the toilet. I should have taken a picture, but rather I flushed it down. 3. There was a cockroach the size of a bird in the room and it looked...

“There's no swimming pool. Hotel is on the same building with Robinsons Mall. Hotel has an acces door at the ground floor going inside the mall. This is Hotel is budget friendly, bigger room, and restroom, with water station on every floor.”

“The room was not at my standards. The air-conditioning would never get really cold! There was rust spots on the ceiling in two spots! The staff was very pleasant and friendly. ”

“It is behind SM so it's very convenient. You just walk 2 minutes to SM. This is a basic hotel. They have fridge downstairs drinks beer and simple breakfast. Silog meals.”

It was specifically mention ab po it the cats. I have severe Asthma and allergies so this trigger on and was sick for few days.”
