“Access to property was a bit difficult, especially in heavy traffic. Parking was also atrocious. There are too few spaces for the size of hotel, and there is a possibility you can’t find parking, even after the $25/day parking fee.”

“Like the room we get on the 4th floor. Staff is always friendly and helpful. As well as the maid service.. very nice and accommodating. Everything was excellent and on time.. one thing..the lighting in the bathroom is not that great..wish that could be better..but not a deal breaker..or the full length mirror should have a light on it.. as well.. otherwise fantastic stay..we stay here twice a year!!!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. My room was clean and adequate for my stay. Only 2 complaints. The TV lost its signal all the time, making it very annoying and hard to watch a program. My other problem was it was noisey. I was on the 3rd floor above the pool and could hear people at the pool. Also noisey neighbors in the hallway, doors slamming, vacuum going.”

“The room was fine. The staff person who checked me in was curt and unhelpful, and I didn’t appreciate the surprise $28 parking fee. One primary reason I typically choose to stay in Hotel Circle is that they let you park your damn car.”

“Stay away from this Crowne Plaza. It is very outdated and the level of cleanliness of the property is disappointing. My room had a strong mildewy smell. While the staff offered me another room, it smelled mildewy as well. The vents in the room had some black substance. I reached out to the manager to complain and he never returned my calls or texts. The elevator was dirty and cob webs were everywhere. I would have preferred to sleep in my car. The one good thing about this property was the...
