“Rooms were recently renovated and in great condition. Rooms were clean and beautiful. Staff could use a little more customer service training but still helpful nonetheless. The breakfast in the morning was good and saved us money. Would definitely stay again.”

“Parking is $30 per day and front counter staff was very rude and took forever to check us in originally had told us they would call us to check in by 3 and we got there and it was pst 4:20 and after I had to hunt down my own room and cleaning lady to ask when was my room going to be ready. She gave me an attitude and said we need to wait for a supervisor to do a walk thru first and that can possibly be another 45 mins. The hotel in its self it’s nice but it’s very outdated and can use some....

“The breakfast was decent with alot of choices. Fresh fruit, assorted breads, eggs, sausage, pancakes, juices. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Although this property sits parallel to a major highway, you could hardly hear the traffic. Quiet hotel, great location. ”

“The rooms are very clean and the property is meticulously maintained, except for one of the elevators. This is one of our favorite properties to visit for a weekend getaway in Mission Valley. There is also plenty of parking in the rear of the property and even though the pool hours posted indicate the pool is closed at 10 pm, I have seen plenty of visitors swimming around midnight or later and the staff pretty much leaves everyone alone unless your being obnoxious. Enjoy your stay.”
