“The hotel was very clean and nicely designed. The bed was comfortable. No complaints except the phone was dead when I tried to call desk. I informed the front desk and he said to tell housekeeping. Isn’t that your job? The phone never got fixed . I asked for more coffee such we got but no extra cream. Otherwise all was good.”

“The AC in room only got the bathroom and entry way cold we had it set on 65 and could not feel the AC in the bed. The hot water in shower was hard to control and could not get it hot”

“Staff was exceptional! The front desk staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is a boutique hotel. They have done a nice job of making it warm and eclectic without being overdone. Put room was on the small side but clear and the bathroom was larger. Would stay here again as the location is excellent. We also enjoyed two brunches at the restaurant. ”

“Breakfast was great lots of choices. Walking distance to UTK. Parking was extra on site. Felt very safe. Walked downtown very convenient. However I found a pubic hair on the wall of shower! Also found hair ties in the floor. The heating/cooling unit on wall had a smell when turned on and it was filthy inside. We didn’t use it for this reason. We were exhausted from traveling all day so I let it slide. Would definitely ask for a different room next time.”

“Stayed in this fun hotel for one night on our way to Charlotte. It’s right downtown and very close to UT Knoxville. Walked across the street to a fun restaurant. Staff was super helpful, hotel was very clean. The rooftop bar is a must as the views are good and it’s a fun place to hang out. I highly recommend staying here.”

“The property was in a central location to downtown. The room was very clean. Even with the construction, it was not a major disruption to our visit. Only issues we had was elevators were not working properly. On Saturday evening there were 2 of the 3 working and by Sunday morning during checkout, there was only 1 but the staff were generous to allow us to use the service elevator so we could get checked out and get to our appointment on time. “Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also...

“Great customer service. The room itself was nice, except it appeared that my shower could have use a little attention around the edges and where the soap goes. Other than that the room was well kept. The only other issue I had was with the hall floor on the 4th floor needs to be cleaned as it was stained throughout. Everything else was fine as microwaves for each room should come soon.”
