“Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. I thought that was part of what you were paying for. Again. Nice hotel. Staff fine. Bed was weird though. And ill also...

“Hotel is in a good location. We were able to take advantage of the public parking which is convenient and not difficult to get to versus the $45/night valet charge. The water pressure in our room was VERY POOR. We had an issue with our commode flushing properly. The maintenance engineer came quickly; however, he changed the handle, and the commode could no longer be flushed with the lid on---that was bizarre. We were to have housekeeping daily; we did not. “The pool was not open due to a maintenance issue of some kind. We were referred to the YMCA and were told we could use that facility for an additional charge. The parking was fine, but we thought a $30 per night charge to use it was excessive on top of the charges we already paid for the hotel. Knoxville is strictly a money making town for not just residents, but tourists. You had to pay just about everywhere for parking and handicapped people should not have to pay to park. “It was right next door to another hotel that looked ran down. But it was nice. Needs to be updated but overall great for the price. Didn’t see they had free breakfast advertised but they did and it was decent. ”
