“Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!”

“The most important thing to note is the limited hours of the front desk (10am to 6pm in the summer). This is an issue if you might arrive late or want to leave your bags in the morning after checking out. The hotel is absolutely serious about wanting you to contact them before you arrive to confirm your arrival time although the email they sent to me had no return email address. “la reception non è stata competente per check out , ha richiesto il pagamento al cliente quando la camera era già stata pagata da agenzia, che è dovuta intervenire almeno 3 volte. Mi domando se fosse stata domenica e l'agenzia fosse stata chiusa come poteva risolversi il problema del pagamento, il cliente avrebbe dovuto fare un doppio pagamento? Queste situazioni sono alquanto sgradevoli !”
