Floor plan: The main building houses one king master suite upstairs with a private balcony and the common area downstairs. Three guest bedrooms are located across the breezeway and there is another king master suite in a separate building by the pool.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 – 1 king (sleeps 2) + private bathroom with double walk-in rain shower
Downstairs:
Bedroom 2 – 1 queen/queen bunk, 1 queen loft (sleeps 6) + private bathroom w/ walk-in shower
Bedroom 3 – 2 queen/queen bunks, 1 twin loft (sleeps 9) + bathroom accessible by bedroom and hallway with tub/shower
Bedroom 4 – 2 queen/queen bunks, 1 twin loft (sleeps 9) + private bathroom w/ walk-in shower
Bedroom 5 – 1 king (sleeps 2) + private bathroom w/ walk-in shower

You'll feel like a star upon arrival at the stately, spacious Casa Estrella, a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home in the Concan Country Club subdivision, a private gated community. Boasting elegant décor and an expansive interior gathering space, you and 27 of your loved ones will be as impressed as you are comfortable with the indoor fireplace, fully furnished kitchen with commercial-size refrigerator, smart TVs, and high-speed internet. The unique floor plan provides ample space for privacy, rest, and rejuvenation. Stepping outside feels more like a resort than a private home as Casa Estrella sits at the edge of Fairway 18 of the famous Frio Valley Ranch golf course. There is a private pool with a hot tub, swim-up bar and flatscreen TV outside and a covered outdoor seating area, propane grill, and outdoor refrigerator. There's no better place to pass lazy post-floating trip afternoons in the cool waters of the pool or stargaze by the firepit at our big hill country night sky than Casa Estrella!

Management provides: pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and all other bed linens (see below), 2 trash bags, one roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 3 pods for dishwasher, liquid dish soap, and shrink-wrapped hand soap for each bathroom

***Effective 1/1/24, FPRH/FSRH will not be providing towels to guests, including bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels for the kitchen and restroom, and bath mats. Guests will be responsible for bringing these items. FPRH/FSRH is proud to be able to continue to provide bed sheets, including flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillowcases for all beds. Linen fees have been adjusted accordingly to only reflect sheet rental and prices have been set based on house size and number of beds in the home.

***A booking deposit and a refundable security deposit (damage deposit) are charged upon creating a reservation. If you reserve via phone or the FPRH/FSRH website, please note that your credit card will automatically be charged the first night's rent for the booking deposit and $350 for the refundable security deposit at 12:00 p.m. central time on the day of booking (if booking after 12:00 p.m. central time it will be charged the day after). If you reserve via VRBO/HomeAway or another channel partner, your credit card will automatically be charged a service fee that is paid to that channel partner, 33% of the total rental fee plus tax as your booking deposit paid to FPRH/FSRH, and the $350 refundable security deposit. You will receive a receipt via email for your booking deposit and security deposit as well as a confirmation number.
