- Located in the farming community of Sloughhouse, this house and property are truly one of a kind. Greeting guests with a refreshing swimming pool in the large private backyard. This house and property are situated on 11 acres of farmland with 5 acres of mandarins and 20 other varieties of assorted citrus. In addition, guests will find 1 acre of pomegranates, plus fresh berries, and annual vegetables. This property is located less than 3 miles from the Murieta Equestrian Center, and the small town of Rancho Murieta with a grocery store and other amenities. Home features three comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed and private bath. Guests will be able to find plenty of space to relax, whether by the pond or under a tree on the large shady lawn. The three bathrooms add convenience for families or groups. Inside, the environment stays pleasant year-round thanks to Central heating and air conditioning. Step inside and enjoy a tranquil atmosphere that feels like a true home away from home. Included in the stay is a fifty dollar voucher to the Strutz Farm stand/store located on the property.
