“Awful smell, took a while to find out what it was; mouldy vegetables left in the kitchen cupboard. Floor boards upstairs extremely creaky; never heard anything like it. Every time we sat on the sofa it sounded like it was going to snap in half. Beds very uncomfortable, especially in front bedroom, your bum touches the base of the bed.”

When we called Hotels.com, no one was able to answer us in real time so we didn’t get access to the property. Ended up sleeping in our car.”

“Location is in a middle of a council estate.. when I arrived there was a torn piece of paper stuck to the door saying ring Ahmed for check in. Which I did and he seemed a nice guy the door handles are cool electronic, for the main and room doors but the code for the room is excessively long and hard to remember so don’t leave your phone in the room when you go bathroom or you may be locked out, speaking of the bathroom it is very nice, instagram worthy but if you look carefully there’s lots of...

“Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena .
Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut .
Great communication though and excellent overall .
