“The hotel staff were superb! However, the Writers Room (restaurant) staff were horrible. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant were excellent, but they were having a bad night (long waits for service, food was late, cold, sent back, and still not right). Also, Lloyd’s (bar) were training new bartenders every night we were there, and the drinks were occasionally good but mostly horrible. We would definitely go back because we hope their training (bar and restaurant) get better. There are good...

“The room was ok, then cleaners came only once during our stay. She was rude. She didn’t clean the shower at all. She didn’t replace the toilet paper roll even though it had finished and she didn’t clean the table despite me asking her. The tea mug had lipstick stain on them.”
