“The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.”

“Great location with easy access from main train station and plenty of restaurants options nearby. We travelled with two young kids and the playground behind the property was handy. However, if you are planning on cooking there is only one old frying pan.”

“They will send you a message shortly after booking asking for your email in some special format but your reply will get censored by Expedia - don’t worry about it as Expedia will forward messages properly. Look out for your door pin 1 day before checkin. Such a beautiful location. Wake up to Mt Fuji and the lake every morning - it may be misty at times but view is stunning when the weather clears. Bike rental and 7-11 just a few minutes walk away.”

“The residence was perfectly clean and spacious. Instructions to use all appliances and amenities were readily available and easy to use. Parking was a bit tight, but we had a larger vehicle, which was disclosed before we arrived. The circuit breaker for the WiFi and a few outlets triggered off once, but the panel to reset was easy to find and reset. We would certainly book this location again 10 out of 10 times. “Great location, beautiful home. Communication was excellent, the beds were comfortable. Great view of Fuji. My only concern would be the mold in the downstairs bathroom. Looks like an outside leak inside the walls coming through. I did notice a mold/musty smell from it and had a couple headaches while staying there. Either from the mold or the storm that came through.”
