A 7-night Saturday-to-Saturday rental reservation is required during peak summer weeks.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)
We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out

Sagamore Beach is just across the street from this gorgeous home with a private heated pool! Central AC to keep you comfortable after a long day at the beach or pool. Marsh views off the back of the house!

Sagamore Beach is just across the street from this gorgeous home with a private heated pool...what a dream vacation spot! Hardwood and tile flooring accent custom carpentry and sumptuous furnishings on the interior. The exterior is an oasis of natural and man made beauty with an expansive yard that abuts serene marshes, 2 levels of decks and an enclosed pool and patio area. The pool is easily accessed through a gate directly from the deck, making outdoor living both seamless and convenient.

Enter through the front porch into the main level of living that includes a sparkling contemporary Kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, and a spectacular Living Room with gas fireplace, built-ins and flat screen TV. Both rooms offer marsh views and access to the back deck, back yard and pool.

The Dining area opens off the Kitchen, with additional seating at the counter top bar. All 4 Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, accessed by a beautiful "Good Morning" stairway that lands onto a small loft area. 2 full Baths are off the 2nd floor hallway, and the Master Bedroom features a private Bath with a custom tiled jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

The Bedroom with King bed has an additional entrance off the garage, perfect for a couple that might like extra privacy. Central AC keeps you comfortable after a long day at the beach or pool...nothing has been overlooked in this glorious home away from home! Beach access is across street and past 2 houses.

For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund. Please note, any other reasons to cancel would follow our normal cancellation policy.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.

Gorgeous Area, House and Pool!

Our stay was wonderful! Communication with property management was flawless and friendly. The area is quiet and private across from a quiet beach. Heated Pool and the large backyard exceeded expectations throughout our entire stay. House was clean and gorgeous. All in all our family had an amazing time. Thanks so much for making this property available!
