During peak summer weeks, our properties typically require a 7-night stay, either Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday, but if you have unique dates please reach out to our Reservation Specialist. Most of our homes offer a 3-night stay minimum in the off-season.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from our Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)
We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out

Spacious sea side home with spectacular views of Cape Cod Bay to the front and the salt marsh behind. Located across the street from Sagamore Beach this house is sure to bring many happy memories of summers at the beach and splashing in the ocean!

Spacious sea side home with spectacular views of Cape Cod Bay to the front and the salt marsh behind. Located across the street from Sagamore Beach this house is sure to bring many happy memories of summers at the beach, splashing in the ocean, enjoying local seafood, games around the table in the evenings, and peaceful nights of sleep with cool breezes and the sound of the sea.

Recently renovated on the main level with hardwood floors throughout the Living Room, Dining area, and gorgeous new Kitchen. Relax on the shaded front deck off the Living area or the sunny back deck off the Kitchen, complete with grill and outdoor dining table.

Located off the main level hall is a Bedroom with a Queen and access to the front deck, and a smaller Bedroom with Queen-size bed. Ascend to the Upper level Master Bedroom with a King bed and sitting area, and full Bath across the hall.

There is also a sleeping alcove with a cot at the top of the stairs for the 'extra' guest who decided to visit! The views from this level are amazing! The Lower basement level has 2 finished rooms; one for playing table top games with a sleep sofa, and a Bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a bunk bed (4 twins total). Half Bath and Laundry room also on lower level, with walkout to the patio and fenced yard.

AC on the upper 2 levels (wall units) (Garage is not for use). Access to the beach is up the road a couple houses, then a sandy path through the dunes.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa for payments.

***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.

Peaceful environment

This place was comfortable, clean enough and sitting areas were peaceful, especially back deck. Bedroom accommodations were clean and comfortable. Beach across the street a little disappointing because of the rocks, but bringing water shoes helps. We were also told the first day by a homeowner, Janice, that we were on private property, that unless your house is situated ON the beach you have to set up below the hightide mark. I’ve been on this beach several times and it was the first time I was told this. Overall, a very nice vacation.
