Case in affitto a Saginaw

“My son and daughter, and their children, ages 9, 11, 13, and 16 all had a great time at this VRBO for 5 days. There was space for everyone to be together, and space for them to do things separately or in separate groups. It is ideal for a large group. The appliances and furnishings are of high quality and we had no issues with anything.”

“Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The property is a great setup for a large family, the beds were very comfortable, and the kids had a blast using the kayaks. We would absolutely consider staying here again because the location and layout were exactly what we were looking for. There were a few areas that could be improved. At check-in, I had to reach out to request the door code because it hadn’t been sent automatically. It also took some time to locate information about the property since...

“The house was clean and communication was wonderful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours! As others said, the house is old and there was a slight musty. Overall, the house worked well for us and the proximity to Duluth was nice.”

“The green bean was cozy”

“The Itty Bitty Inn was a perfect stay for my sister and me. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a very nice coffee cart, and the home was spotless. It is in a quiet location that has access to stores and restaurants within a short walk or drive. The Inn is close to a very pretty state park with opportunities for kayaking and other outdoor activities.”

“Our family of 8 enjoyed this property. It was well equipped and offered a very comfortable and clean environment.”

“Kai is very helpful and responsive with any questions or issues we had. Comfortable space with plenty of privacy. Hot tub was great!”

“This is a new, clean property with large bedrooms and bathrooms. It worked perfectly for us (3 adult couples).”

“Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. This may not have been an issue other times of the year but it was exceptionally hot during our stay, and that is...

“The property was clean and guest ready! Perfectly located in an area of town close to restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed the theme in the house. The enchanted forest had us looking everyday for new decorations in every corner. We had to go to Duluth for the marathon and it was super easy right over the bridge. All a great experience !!!”

“Such a fun time with extended family. Huge kitchen table for meals and games. Plenty of space for 10, plus our dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Walking distance to trails, park and creamery. We did spy the local bear on the trail, but the neighbor assured us he was a frequent visitor and was not aggressive. Mind you we only stopped to snap a picture then quickly moved on though! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.”

“The communication and check in process was fantastic. The house was very spacious in a lovely neighborhood!”
