“Visuale dall appartamento bellissima direttamente sulla spiaggia ma sfortunatamente con aspetti negativi. Odore molto sgradevole nel bagno, piano per cucinare impossibile da usare. Dopo 30 min la pentola di acqua ancora non bolliva! Devo dire che abbiamo prenotato l appartamento per 4 persone e nn ho trovato il secondo letto preparato e non c erano le coperte! Alla mia richiesta avevano detto che sarebbero venuti il giorno dopo a portarle ma mai visto nessuno! Nel complesso comunque...

“Dulce communicated so well with us. A very detailed email came well in advance to our trip, which is much appreciated. She made everything so easy for us. Taxi and aquarium tickets were purchased in advance for us. There are several markets and restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation lines were also only minutes away. The unit itself was very nice. Everything was super clean, plenty of linens and towels. I would stay there again.”

“The property smells of rotten fish because of the restaurant below. Expedia won’t give you a refund and neither will the owner if you don’t want to stay there for this reason. There were also stains on the sheets and floors and surfaces dirty. Vendor offered to have us picked up from the airport for a fee but nobody showed up. ”

“We had the best stay in Valencia! We had two adult couples had plenty of space for everyone with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area and kitchen. The location could not have been better, next to the Plaza de la Reina. The owner responded quickly with our questions! We would definitely rent again!!”

“Words cannot describe how wonderful our stay was. The apartment is spacious. Has everything you could possibly need. Best beds and pillows for sleeping. Ultra modern kitchen. Ideally located for really good restaurants, bars, groceries and bakeries. You can walk to every city location except the ocean. Quick taxi gets you to a beautiful sea beach. The host goes above and beyond with hospitality. Extremely responsive answering questions before we arrived. Cannot wait to return in the future.”

“I stayed at the property for two weeks, the neighborhood is perfect, everything is a just a 15-20 min walk away. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops near by. The property needs to update some kitchen utensils are in pretty bad shape. The property manager made me wait an entire hour for checking lying saying he would be there in 20 minutes every time I called hence I was waiting outside with luggage’s for an hour waiting for he’s supposed 20 minutes. The shower had a clog and...

“The villa and guest house were immaculate when we arrived and it definitely had the wow factor for us. The garden, plants and poll were excellent and there was way more space than we imagined. The villa is hard to find and as we don’t drive this did make life tricky as there’s no shops within walking distance and taxis were a nightmare so I’d recommend having your own transport. The properties were beautiful inside as well as out and they have all your essential utensils and crockery as well...
