“Overall cleanliness of place was ok. Looked like it had been awhile since it had been cleaned. Outside areas were really dusty and not very appealing to sit outside. The back block brick wall completely blocked any view. The floors were ok, area rugs were clean but the floors were dusty around non walking areas. Massage chair was amazing! Beds were good. Adequately supplied with needed essentials. ”

“Room was clean! Great shower. Lots of slots. Didn’t find the other room of slots until late at night as we thought they were all by the buffet and steak house. Wished we would have asked if there were more as those were some of our favorites.
Need some Wheel of Fortune and new Buffalo games.
Really enjoyed our stay here!”

“Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. Guy making them finally...

“Pros:
Staff - Very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable about the property and provided all the necessary information upon check in.
Room - I stayed in the executive suite which was huge and nicely decorated. Very large deep soaking tub with added jets that I feel are more hygienic than some of the older model tubs at other hotels.
Lobby/Restaurant/Breakfast - The lobby is huge and very elegant. I can’t comment on the restaurant or breakfast as I didn’t take advantage of either.
