“The apartment was nothing like the pictures on the website. The Housekeeper said that she cleaned the apartment, however, there were cobwebs and dirt under the beds that I had to wipe and clean the apartment. We got spider bites everywhere. The air conditioner in the living room and upstairs bedroom are not working and both TV do not work. This was a horrible experience during a time when I went for a funeral. It was depressing and very disappointing”

“Staying at fern court really gave me the island feel. With the garden view and lush colors of the island, it was a lot different from back home. The community is gated which is really nice. The apartment was super comfortable and I really liked the fact that I had a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!”

“2nd floor one of the showers no hot water. Windows and doors do not secure properly. Most of the doors have a crack in between the doors. Poorly painted. Beautiful tub on the third floor that continually drained so you can’t take a bath. One of the showerhead has a crack in it. Water shoots out both sides. Patio furniture needs to be updated, wind and weather damage badly. Supplies for the kitchen was not left. Half paper towel, no sink stopper to wash the dishes. Large taped, windows and doors....
