“There’s was no free breakfast , no one was there to pick me up from the airport like schedule , I waited 3 hours and then took a Lyft to another hotel that they said was too far to come get me and didn’t refund my money either”

“I loved my experience with the Ironshore Studio I definitely would recommend”

“The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again”

“Fast communication even with last minute booking- 12 hours before I landed. I was offered a taxi service as well. Lovely view from the kitchen and overall easy access to Montego Bay! They responded quickly when I had any questions! I would recommend this and stay here again. Great value”
