“The upfront communication was above average. The host helped us to arrange airport transfer. The apartment was clean, and the view it lovely especially at night. ”

“First time we stayed here in March water went away for 4 hours. We are back and they installed a backup system. These folks care about giving the guest a good experience and it shows. We will go back next year.”

“Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either.”

“The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. ”

“The property gets a 10/10 from myself! The property is even more spacious than the pictures show, but everything is exactly as pictured. Jheanell, the host was so thorough with her check in process that I had no issues with anything and so didn’t need to bother her during the trip. Security are thorough with their job and the area is quiet which is lovely. The more from the balcony is really nice, overlooking the Kingston city. This is definitely a property I would book continuously for future...
