“We have stayed a few times but before the hotel was closed for a few months we always enjoyed it here. We got into the room and the TV wasn’t working properly, staff did come to try fix it then the maintenance man. He couldn’t fix it so said he would speak to reception and ask for us to be moved, we waited an hour then went to reception the message had not been passed on. We then moved rooms, the tv worked for 30 minutes then the same thing happened at this point we just gave up. We then went to...

“Our dog friendly room was perfect! We even had our own little garden. Room was spotlessly clean with a huge bed. Extremely dog friendly. Staff were helpful, friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Enjoyed our stay here very much. We will always stay here now when we visit Lytham. ”

“The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire
Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars ”
