“Stayed one night for the Lytham Festival recently. Check in was smooth, hosts very friendly. Quirky little place with a nice vibe. Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. Bed was very very soft and me and my husband rolled together as there wasnt too much support in the mattress, but we still had a decent nights sleep. “Location- right on beachfront, shops a short walk away. Lytham festival a short taxi ride away. The hotel is tired and a mixture of different decor…80’s/90’s - in need of an update, lots of little fixtures/ finishes need fixing in main areas. It seems a little like a hotel that’s from another era. Our room itself was nt too bad and overall. If you are travelling for festival and not in your room much, it’s fine, but it is very noisey at night with paper thin walls and creaky floorboards.”

“We booked the property for family to celebrate Christmas Day together and were delighted. The facilities were excellent and the loacation is incredibly convenient too. The hosts were friendly, easy to communicate with and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended. ”
