Welcome to Saint-Brevin-l'Océan, perfect starting point to discover the many treasures and varied landscapes of the Côte de Jade by bike, on foot or on the water.The accommodation is ideally located between the beach and the pine forest, in the quiet residential area of Domaine des Écureuils — a well-chosen name since the red squirrel, emblem of the town, can often be observed in the morning along the avenues leading to the sea or to the city center.This 60 m² semi-detached house, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is located just 500 meters from Rochelets Beach, a large sandy beach accessible to all, supervised in July and August, and equipped with an area dedicated to water sports: kitesurfing, surfing, windsurfing, etc.On the ground floor, the kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook. The living room has a dining area, a television, fiber Wi-Fi and guest access to the Netflix account. It opens onto an enclosed garden with a 10 m² tiled terrace.
