In the heart of the seaside resort of St Brévin l'Océan, come and put your suitcases down in this large house of more than 160m2 with a superb terrace with sea view.

You will access the house by taking the first staircase located at the end of a long access corridor in which you can leave your bikes, shoes and jackets.

The first level is composed of a magnificent fitted and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a drawer bed and a large dressing room, a bathroom, separate toilet, a large living room of 40m2 opening onto the terrace with sea view.

On the second floor you will find 4 other bedrooms including a baby room (1 baby bed and a travel cot, changing table), a large storage cupboard and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The house is located in the heart of the pedestrian area, so you will have access to all services and shops and especially at the foot of the large sandy beach of St Brévin l'Océan.

We have thought about the comfort of parents and also that of young children (high chair, changing table, cot, potty, etc.)

You have access to wifi and a TV decoder.

Sheets and towels are provided (only the house sheet for the cot), you will also find everything you need for the first day (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, shampoo/shower gel, coffee pods for the senseo, salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.) PGJyPg�PGJyPgIn short, park your car for free on the embankment 50 meters from the house and put your suitcases down.
