“Came in with my fiancée and young daughter to get married the next day. The frint desk staff was so nice and lovely, just wish i remembered her name. The room did have a slight scent of wet dog? But overall the room was very clean and lovely to stay the night in. My brand new wife and I stayed one night more than our daughter and had abquiet night just the two of us with no disturbances from staff or stay. Complimentary breakfast was also very nice and coffee in the morning was wonderful! ”

Also, the gal at the front desk (I didn't get her name) who had just come in for her shift on Sunday at about 8:00 was EXCELLENT and very pleasant. She is an asset to your business.

We arrived at midnight to find no room available. Nonetheless, the night clerk let us use their facilities to reach out to Expedia to arrange another room. I arrived an hour before my room was ready and the nice guy at reception had to take my chimichanga in back to heat. He did so with a smile, but I wished I could have done it myself.”

The only thing I did not like was, we had our two cats with us and the hotel required us to follow the one person had to be the room with our cats at all times. We were in Lacey looking to buy a home and putting the cat item plus the cats in our car to look at homes was a major problem. When we wanted to go out to eat we had to take the cats with us.”
